so the night i made these, it was a wednesday, and coincidently it was my boyfriends birthday! T_______T i also had a physics midterm that day, and was sweating about it, and it wasnt until later in the day that i realized, HOLY CRAP ITS HIS BIRTHDAY AND I NEED TO MAKE HIM A CAKE djfklasfjklasdfklasf. i played around with some ideas in my last class, and somehow just decided to hurry to the grocery store and just figure it out! 

i really wanted to make a cheesecake, but i was so pressed on time, so i decided to settle on this “instant” style cheesecake that came in a box, but i decided to dress it up with some homemade strawberry topping, and just ran with the idea!
